You’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and a coffee machine. Use of the washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement for an additional fee. The apartment has 2 balconies: one facing east, the other southwest. The covered southwest balcony features its own electric table grill, evening sun, and a lovely view of greenery. The bathroom includes both a shower and a bathtub. From both balconies, you can enjoy views of nature and, depending on the weather, even the Alps. A parking space at the house is available for one car; additional street parking is also possible. The property is close to public transport. One dog is welcome; a second dog only with prior agreement. Please note that other pets, such as cats, are not allowed. Events are not permitted, quiet hours must be observed, and waste separation is mandatory. Located on the edge of Unterbränd in a traffic-calmed area near idyllic Lake Kirnberg, which is just a 5-minute walk away and perfect for swimming, surfing, and fishing.
